Accounts Receivable Assistant

Esta posición de nivel inicial es ideal para personas con una base fundamental en contabilidad o finanzas, que estén deseando apoyar la precisión y eficiencia de las operaciones financieras de la empresa. El rol implica asistir en tareas analíticas, mantener atención al detalle y gestionar múltiples responsabilidades en un entorno dinámico.

Horario
: Monday to Friday 8:30 AM - 5 PM EST (7:30 AM - 4 PM Lima)
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform accurate and timely data entry of accounts receivable transactions.
- Assist in monitoring and updating customer accounts and payment records.
- Support non-contact collections by tracking outstanding balances and preparing reports.
- Help reconcile accounts and resolve discrepancies under supervision.
- Provide support with payroll-related tasks as needed.
- Maintain organized records and documentation for audit and reporting purposes.
- Collaborate with the accounting team to ensure smooth financial operations.
- Assist with general administrative duties as required.
Required Experience:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in an Accounts Receivable Assistant position or a related role
- Advanced English Level
