Objetivo de la posición
Estamos en búsqueda de talentos para la posición de Technical Support - Consumables (Mill Lining) para brindar soporte y ejecutar los trabajos requeridos por los clientes, responsabilizándose desde el punto de vista técnico-operacional y de seguridad de los trabajos realizados; asegurando que se cumplan los lineamientos del sistema de gestión de Calidad, Seguridad, Salud Ocupacional y medio ambiente.

Qué deberá hacer

  • Ejecutar el soporte técnico de la línea de consumibles (Mill Lining).
  • Cumplir y hacer cumplir los procedimientos de seguridad de la empresa.
  • Ejecutar el programa semanal de soporte técnico de consumibles.Realizar viajes de soporte técnico a los clientes cuando sea requerido.
  • Revisar y ejecutar los tickets asignados dentro de la plataforma del TS HUB
  • Emitir los reportes de garantías y/o análisis de falla generados.
  • Emitir y custodiar los reportes de trabajos importantes realizados.
  • Cumplir y velar por el cumplimiento de KPIs de seguridad, PDD y otros asignados por la compañía.
  • Mantener una comunicación constante con todos los miembros de su equipo, la gerencia de TS, los SAMs, TSS y otras áreas.
  • Identificar y centralizar oportunidades de mejora de nuestros componentes, equipos, de acuerdo con el contexto operativo en cada uno de nuestros clientes.
  • Brindar el feedback al equipo global.
  • Alimentar constantemente el SharePoint del área con la información generada de los trabajos ejecutados.
  • Participar de las capacitaciones que sean programadas por la Empresa.
  • Otras funciones encomendadas por su jefe inmediato de acuerdo con su puesto de trabajo.

Qué perfil laboral debes tener

  • Contar con constancia de estudios técnicos y/o universitarios concluidos en las carreras de Ingeniería Metálica, Metalúrgica, Mecatrónica, Mecánica o afines.
  • Contar con mínimo de 3 años de experiencia laboral en puestos similares en el rubro.
  • Deseable contar con experiencia en monitoreó y análisis de componentes de desgaste (liners de chancadora, liners de molinos, liners de chutes, etc).Manejo de Excel, Word y Power Point a nivel Intermedio.
  • Manejo de inglés a nivel intermedio.
  • Conocimientos en la lógica de operación de los equipos de planta concentradora.
  • Conocimientos en los parámetros de operación de equipos de planta concentradora.
  • Uso de scanner laser 3D Faro.
  • Deseable experiencia en instalación de liners de molinos.
  • Deseable experiencia en análisis de desgaste de liners por ensayo de ultrasonido, manejo de equipo UT.
