Estamos buscando un Customer Service – Merchant Retention Specialist (MRS) para unirse a nuestro equipo.

Este puesto combina Customer Service + Retención de Clientes.

La función principal es mantener una comunicación constante con nuestros clientes con cuentas comerciales, asegurarse de que se sientan apoyados y que todo funcione correctamente.

No es un puesto técnico — es un rol de relaciones, seguimiento y documentación.

FUNCIONES:

  • Llamar a los clientes dos veces por semana
  • Enviar SMS de forma semanal
  • Enviar emails de forma semanal
  • Revisar depósitos y confirmar funcionamiento básico de terminales de POS
  • Registrar TODA comunicación en HubSpot (CRM)
  • Mantener actualizado el Merchant Health Sheet
  • Escalar cualquier problema al equipo de liderazgo (no resolverlo)

REQUISITOS FUNDAMENTALES:

  • Experiencia en Customer Service o roles similares
  • Excelentes habilidades de comunicación (orales/escritas)
  • Organización y constancia en documentación
  • Nivel de
    inglés
    oral y escrito
    avanzado
    (obligatorio)
  • Rápida adaptación al uso de herramientas tecnológicas
  • MS Office nivel intermedio/avanzado
  • Capacidad para seguir procesos
  • Orientación al cliente
  • Actitud positiva y proactiva
