Fashion Specialist, Customer Service Resumen del Puesto Estamos buscando un Fashion Specialist para brindar un excelente servicio al cliente en ingles, con experiencia en marcas de alta moda y/o ropa. El candidato ideal deberá tener disponibilidad para trabajar 6 días a la semana con un día de descanso rotativo, en modalidad completamente remota. Se ofrece la posibilidad de elegir entre jornadas de 4 0, 4 4 o 4 8 horas, con turnos disponibles en la tarde-noche. Se aceptan solicitudes de todo el territorio peruano. Responsabilidades Proporcionar atención al cliente de alta calidad, respondiendo a consultas y resolviendo problemas de manera eficiente. Asesorar a los clientes sobre productos de moda, ofreciendo recomendaciones personalizadas. Gestionar pedidos y devoluciones, asegurando la satisfacción del cliente. Mantenerse actualizado sobre las últimas tendencias de la moda y los productos de la marca. Colaborar con otros miembros del equipo para lograr los objetivos de ventas y servicio al cliente. Requisitos Nivel Intermedio de Ingles Experiencia previa en atención al cliente, preferiblemente en el sector de la moda. Conocimiento de marcas de alta moda y/o ropa. Excelentes habilidades de comunicación verbal y escrita. Capacidad para trabajar de forma remota y gestionar el tiempo de manera efectiva. Disponibilidad para trabajar en turnos de tarde-noche y fines de semana. Orientación al cliente y pasión por la moda.
