Our firm is seeking a
detail-oriented and client-focused Legal Intake Specialist
to join our team in
Perú
.

2+ years of experience in client intake or customer service

legal terminology

What We're Looking For:

  • English level: C1 (mandatory)
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in intake, customer service, or related roles
  • Bachelor's degree in any
    social or human sciences
  • Proficiency in
    CRM and legal practice management software
    (Clio, MyCase, PracticePanther)
  • Knowledge of
    confidentiality and compliance standards
    (HIPAA, GDPR)
  • Strong data entry and documentation accuracy
  • Ability to perform conflict checks and verify client identity
  • Multilingual fluency (a plus if serving diverse client bases)


Role Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound calls, emails, and web leads from potential clients
  • Conduct scripted and adaptive interviews to assess case merit and urgency
  • Perform conflict checks and identity verification
  • Capture detailed case information in CRM and legal systems
  • Schedule consultations and manage reminders to reduce no-shows
  • Assemble intake packets including incident facts, timelines, insurance details, and evidence
  • Ensure compliance with HIPAA/GDPR and firm confidentiality policies
  • Track KPIs such as lead-to-case conversion, first response time, and data accuracy
  • Collaborate with attorneys and marketing teams to refine intake criteria and follow-up strategies
