Position Overview

We are seeking a
Cross-Border Infrastructure & Economic Resilience Officer
to contribute to research and strategy efforts across Latin America, with a particular focus on trade corridor development, transport logistics, and disaster-resilient infrastructure.

Based in
Lima
, the selected candidate will help produce policy white papers, investment blueprints, and technical briefs supporting infrastructure modernization and cross-border cooperation in the Andean region.

Key Responsibilities

  • Research infrastructure gaps, logistics performance, and corridor bottlenecks in Peru and the broader Andean region
  • Contribute to concept papers and investment strategies for multimodal connectivity and climate-resilient infrastructure
  • Map institutional and donor stakeholders in the Latin America development ecosystem
  • Analyze public policy instruments related to trade facilitation, urban transport, and port development
  • Support creation of visual dashboards and policy data tools for strategic presentations

Preferred Qualifications

  • Degree in International Trade, Public Policy, Urban Transport, or Development Economics
  • 2–5 years of experience in infrastructure strategy, regional planning, or trade logistics
  • Familiarity with Andean integration frameworks, Pacific Alliance initiatives, or regional donor programs
  • Strong research and writing abilities
  • English fluency required
