Role Overview

We are seeking a
Cross-Border Infrastructure & Trade Strategy Analyst
based in Lima to support projects across the Pacific Alliance region and the broader Andean corridor. The role focuses on strategic analysis of logistics systems, regulatory reform, and investment strategy for regional trade infrastructure.

You will contribute to policy diagnostics, technical briefs, and data-driven investment roadmaps aimed at improving transport efficiency and economic integration.

Key Responsibilities

  • Analyze Peru's role in regional infrastructure networks and trade corridors, including port and intermodal systems
  • Draft technical papers, corridor competitiveness reports, and stakeholder consultation materials
  • Identify regulatory barriers and investment opportunities in cross-border logistics
  • Engage with public agencies and regional development banks to support trade modernization projects
  • Help build data visualization tools and dashboards for corridor diagnostics

Preferred Qualifications

  • Degree in International Trade, Transport Economics, Development Economics, or Public Policy
  • 2–5 years of experience in trade logistics, infrastructure strategy, or regional development consulting
  • Familiarity with Pacific Alliance initiatives, Latin American port systems, or customs modernization
  • Strong analytical, research, and technical writing skills
  • Fluency in English is required
