Role Summary

We are hiring a
Regional Connectivity & Infrastructure Insight Analyst
to support applied research and advisory work across Latin America, with a focus on Peru's strategic location along the Pacific trade axis.

This role is ideal for professionals with expertise in infrastructure policy, regional integration, or trade systems—especially those familiar with Latin American logistics challenges, intermodal networks, and economic corridors.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct desk and field research on transport infrastructure, logistics bottlenecks, and trade corridors in Peru and the Andean region
  • Draft technical briefs, strategic memos, and stakeholder engagement materials for development partners and public agencies
  • Support mapping of trade flows, infrastructure investments, and regional integration strategies
  • Coordinate with local transport agencies, customs authorities, and planning institutions
  • Contribute to visualizations and data tools to inform infrastructure investment decisions

Preferred Qualifications

  • Degree in Development Economics, Transport Planning, Public Policy, or International Trade
  • 2–4 years' experience in infrastructure development, regional planning, or donor-funded advisory work
  • Familiarity with Pacific Alliance, IIRSA corridors, or Andean logistics policy is a strong asset
  • Strong analytical, writing, and stakeholder engagement skills
  • Fluency in English
