Responsibilities Conduct outbound calls, emails, and SMS campaigns to generate and qualify sales leads. Manage CRM systems (HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar) to maintain accurate lead data and follow-up tracking. Set appointments and follow up with leads to support the client's sales team. Respond to inbound inquiries professionally and promptly. Execute scripts and sales workflows effectively, while personalizing communication to each prospect. Support marketing and sales campaigns, tracking KPIs and reporting results weekly. Collaborate with clients during business hours, providing daily updates and proactive communication. Requirements Language: Native or fluent Spanish and English (C 1–C 2 level) proficiency in speaking and writing.
