Misión del puesto: Perfil enfocado en mejora de aplicaciones, plataformas y procesos. Alto foco en el proceso y amplia mirada de negocio. Velando por la agilización y automatizaciones de gestión manual.

Requisitos: 
  • Contar con grado mínimo de bachiller
  • Experiencia mayor a 2 años como Product Owner (PO), especialista o afines en sector Financiero, Seguros, Retail, Telecomunicaciones, Medios de Pago y/o Consumo Masivo.
  • Contar con más de 2 años liderando proyectos con squads de tecnología.
  • Contar con experiencia en mejora de plataformas, aplicaciones y procesos.
  • Contar con experiencia en manejo de indicadores clave como NPS.
  • Contar con experiencia en implementación y mejora de flujos de Customer Journey en canales digitales.
  • Contar con experiencia liderando iniciativas de mejora de procesos y/o plataformas digitales.
  • Conocimientos en metodologías de User Experience.
Funciones: 
  1. Digitalizar y optimizar los procesos de siniestros.
  2. Implementar mejoras para una experiencia digital amigable.
  3. Coordinar con equipos clave para la ejecución de proyectos.
  4. Impulsar la transaccionalidad con procesos intuitivos.
  5. Diseñar flujos de trabajo enfocados en el Customer Journey.
  6. Liderar la ejecución y digitalización de siniestros.
