¿Cuáles serán tus retos como como Consultant?

  • Gestión y ejecución de proyectos: Planificación y ejecución de tareas diarias del proyecto, participación en la creación de entregables, ejecución de actividades estratégicas y críticas del proyecto, el monitoreo del avance y la comunicación del mismo a los stakeholders.
  • Relación con el cliente: Gestión de la relación con el cliente, gestionar sus expectativas, siendo un interlocutor válido y buscando oportunidades de venta. Importancia de entender al cliente y sus objetivos para cumplir eficientemente con el proyecto.
  • Liderazgo de proyectos y equipos: Asegurarse de la correcta ejecución y control del proyecto, así como la gestión de equipos y la supervisión del trabajo de los consultores más juniors.
  • Desarrollo y formación de equipos: Formar y desarrollar a los consultores más jóvenes, inculcando la filosofía de trabajo de la empresa y transmitiendo que son un equipo.
  • Generación de oportunidades comerciales: Identificación de oportunidades comerciales aprovechando su entendimiento del cliente y buscando nuevas oportunidades de negocio.

¿Qué te hará triunfar en esta posición?

  • 2 a 4  años de experiencia en soporte funcional FO Murex.
  • Gestión de proyectos bajo metodología agile utilizando para la gestión de incidencias herramientas de soporte como Jira.
  • + 3 años de experiencia en métricas de riesgo de mercado: VaR, Expected Shortfall, sensibilidades.
  • Se valorarán conocimientos de herramientas (R, Python, SQL, Power BI, mxml.) y metodologías (Lean, Agile, etc.)
  • Interés en la ejecución de proyectos de consultoría.
  • Dominio del español e inglés nivel negociación.
  • Nuestro formato de trabajo es híbrido por lo que debes residir en Lima, Perú.
