DESCRIPCION DEL PUESTO

Actualmente estamos buscando un representante de servicio al cliente, altamente motivado y profesional para unirse a nuestro centro de customer service. En este puesto, será responsable de comunicarse con los clientes para recopilar SU NECESIDADES DE SERVICIO,PREPARAR LA DOCUMENTACION DE SUSTENTOS, responder preguntas sobre el proceso de reclamaciones. Y coordinar y hacer seguimiento a la facturacion respective.

CARACTERISTICAS

Alto sentido de urgencia en el manejo de una gran cantidad de llamadas entrantes y salientes en un entorno de centro de llamadas

Comunícarse de manera eficaz por teléfono, correo electrónico y mensajes de texto

Mantener los archivos detallados para la documentación

Gestionar situaciones de servicio al cliente desafiantes mientras mantienes un enfoque positivo, empático y consultivo hacia el cliente en todo momento

Gestionar y establecer expectativas para los clientes en torno a la información, los procesos y los plazos requeridos en múltiples clientes

Cumplir y esforzarse por superar los objetivos mensuales, trimestrales y anuales individuales tanto en producción como en calidad.

Excelentes habilidades de comunicación (escrita y verbal) y de gestión del tiempo

Altamente motivado y competitivo por naturaleza
