Position Overview

A well-established and highly organized real estate company is seeking a professional Virtual Assistant to support its growing operations. This role requires excellent communication skills, strong attention to detail, and prior knowledge of real estate and sales processes. The ideal candidate is reliable, organized, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, virtual environment.

Work Schedule

Monday through Friday

10:00 AM – 6:00 PM (Eastern Standard Time)

Fully Remote

Key Responsibilities

Provide administrative and operational support to the real estate and sales team

Communicate effectively with clients, prospects, and internal stakeholders in both English and Spanish

Manage calendars, follow-ups, and task prioritization

Maintain accurate records and update CRM systems

Assist with sales coordination and real estate-related documentation

Ensure all tasks are completed with a high level of accuracy and professionalism

Required Qualifications

Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish (written and verbal)

Proven experience or working knowledge in real estate and sales

Strong organizational and time-management skills

Exceptional attention to detail

Professional written and verbal communication skills

Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a remote setting
