what is your challenge?

Be service support point of contact for all mines operating company drive systems in the defined region
Support troubleshooting efforts on site & remotely for Company drive systems
Support OEM & distributor activity in region (sales, troubleshooting, joint customer meetings)
Participate in design review activities to give serviceability & historic performance feedback during new product development
Support field test activities in region for new product development
Provide product performance & potential sales opportunities to headquarters support team
Monitor and communicate project status, business issues and significant developments
Willingness to travel up to 80% of the time, for durations of 2 to 3 weeks
Educate customers on latest troubleshooting, manuals, parts books
We are looking for

Bachelor's of Science Degree in Engineering, Physics, Mathematics, Computer Science or other Engineering Discipline or trade qualification

At least 3 years of experience in an Engineering or Services position

Advanced level of MS Office.

Analytic and problem-solving skills.

Experience with mining equipment design and validation

Experience with multi-location teams involved in design and validation activities

Strong technical aptitude, including applicable engineering tools and systems

Fluent in English

Computer software and hardware proficiency

Availability to travel.

Class A driver's license
