Responsabilidades

What you’ll do as a Customer Service / Sales Associate:

Handle and carefully respond to all inbound and outbound customer inquiries. Offer customers new products according to their needs to improve their current service. Provide excellent customer service through active listening Work with confidential customer information and treat it sensitively Aim to resolve issues on the first call by being proactive, patient, empathetic, and understanding Maintain a continual working knowledge of our client’s products, services and promotions Accurately document and update records in required systems

Requisitos

Who are you?

The ideal candidate is a competitive self-starter that thrives in a fast-paced environment. You must be comfortable interacting with existing and potential customers; reviewing products, working with partners, and selling solutions

A high school graduate (must have a diploma or certificate). Someone with an intermediate English level (B2 or above) and great communication skills.

Desirable sales experience with a proven record of understanding customer needs

Proven ability to promote and build extraordinary customer rapport

Ability to take complete ownership of customer issues and provide a truly extraordinary customer experience, one customer at a time.

6-month renewable contract. Paid Training Available to work in our site - Los Inkas (Surco) From S/1,867 to 2,200 + 15 % variable + all legal benefits (varies according to conditions) Available schedules from Monday to Saturday, Sunday off (40 to 48 hours per week). ️
