What a typical day will look like
Manage the relationship with multinational clients to service their global and regional programs
Develop, maintain, and improve the relationship with existing clients while looking for new opportunities. Manage the relationship with the contacts in the countries where our clients operate. Responsible for handling a budget with 95% retention and +10% growth Responsible for managing renewals for the different lines of business. This includes consolidation of exposure information, preparation of submission, marketing, binding, post-renewal activities, etc. Develop insurance manuals for our clients. Monitor the completion of GAMS with the countries where our global and regional clients have local policies. Assist clients with reporting of claims, policy tracking according to the account servicing guidelines and the needs of the client.Skills and experience that will lead to success
Experiencia: 4 years of experience in roles related to the insurance industry or activities similar to the profile. Conocimientos Technical: General insurance knowledge, portfolio management, knowledge of clients and the insurance market. Estudios and/or specialties: Professional graduate in administrative, engineering, economic, health or legal careers, preferably with specialization in related subjects. Herramientas Technology: Intermediate Excel, database and pivot tables management. Idiomas: Intermediate/high level EnglishHow we support our colleagues
