A Snapshot of Your Day
You will support and lead the Finance Management optimizing targeted financials results.

How You'll Make an Impact

  • Supports Project management in managing and optimizing targeted financials results with due professional care.
  • You have full responsibility for all commercial/financerelated matters, including but not limited to handling Accounting, Legal, Tax, Foreign Exchange, guarantees
  • Ensures accurate methodology for identifying, evaluating, assessing risks & opportunities, strategies, and mitigation activities
  • Ensures the accuracy of cost and pricing calculation as well as overall project financials, incl. recording of such in appropriate systems, e.g., SAP
  • Prepares commercial documentation for regular project status meetings and ensures the accuracy of the project financials
  • You ensure compliance with IFRS15, local GAAP requirements, reporting guidelines, and internal controls
  • Identifies, minimizes nonconformance costs, and establishes an appropriate reporting structure; supports the implementation of lessons learned into own project and the organization in general
  • Responsible for monthly revenue recognition and contractual invoicing // Commercial support during Sales Phase // Assisting Forecast and Budget related tasks // Account receivables & payables management.

What You Bring

  • Bachelor's degree in finance or accounting or equivalent based on experience
years of relevant experience as commercial project manager

  • Wellfounded knowledge in the area of project controlling and project reporting including
  • Ability to work and connect in a remote team
  • Strong critical thinking, problem solving and efficient communication skills, team player
  • Customer, result and quality orientation and motivation, as well as personal initiative
