**ASnapshot of Your Day**
You will be Responsible for commercial aspects,project financials (controlling & reporting) & clean books and records.Co-leading of the project together with project manager with the objective ofexecuting the project according to the defined Project Management (PM)standards, customer requirements and the applicable Financial ReportingGuidelines (FRG) Partnership and collaboration between the CPM and the PM isthe key for the overall project success.
**HowYou’ll Make an Impact**
- Analyze and evaluate all commercial/controlling issues from project start(handover from sales) through the project execution phase, ensuring thecontractual obligations are met.
- Fully responsible for all commercial related matters, including but notlimited to handling Accounting, Legal, Tax, NCM, Hedging strategy and T&Cstopics.
- Ensures the accuracy of cost and pricing calculation as well as overallproject books and records, incl. recording of such in appropriate systems, e.g.SAP.
- Prepares commercial documentation for regular project status meetings andensures the accuracy of the commercial project data (i.e. FC, MIKA, cash flow).
- Point of contact for all commercial and financial topics for theprojects.
- Monitoring of cash flow, revenue, and margin development,
- Financial forecasting and reporting on projects assigned.
- Identifying and advising the management team of any commercial, financialor contractual risks or opportunities for tenders.
- Defining of appropriate commercial conditions with customers andproviders to optimize business results (e.g. payment terms, bank guarantees,insurances, tax’s advisement, liability, LD’s, warranty).
**What You Bring***
- Professional of Industrial Engineer, BusinessAdministration, Economics, and related.
- More than 7 years of professional experiencefinancially leading projects.
- Proven experience working with international andglobal customers.
- Handling of arbitration process (with providers orcustomers), desirable.
- Experience working under Consortium business model.
- More than 5 years of expercience leading financeteams.
- Fluent english, written and spoken.
- Core competencies: Financial Controlling, ContractManagement, Critical thinking, Customer orientation, Effectively communication,Self-disciplined, Adjusted to change.
