En Siemens Mobility estamos en búsqueda de un Project Procurement Management Professional.

Esta persona será responsable de realizar un involucramiento temprano en los procesos de compras de ofertas y proyectos, cumplir a cabalidad las normas de compras definidas por la compañía para la negociación, contratación y monitoreo de las contrataciones.


Responsabilidades:

  • Participar en las reuniones de seguimiento del proyecto, informa a PM/CPM sobre el estado del plan de compras del proyecto e implementar acciones para cumplir los plazos de las adjudicaciones.
  • Realizar reuniones con los miembros clave del equipo del proyecto para proporcionar información sobre el plan de compras y los proveedores preferidos en una etapa temprana con el fin de optimizar la selección de proveedores, los flujos de trabajo internos y los procesos.
  • Identificar los riesgos y oportunidades asociados con Compra, así como cambios potenciales, reclamos y tendencias del mercado durante todo el proyecto.
  • Incluir innovaciones (de proveedores) y portafolios de proveedores o productos preferidos que mejoren la posición de costos del proyecto o que beneficien al cliente.
  • Identificar ahorros y potenciales de mejora para asegurar un mejor resultado económico para el proyecto alineado con los objetivos estratégicos del área de Compras. Siempre gestionando los mejores plazos que eviten riesgo de incumplimiento al cronograma del proyecto
  • Liderar las negociaciones contractuales y de precios para asegurar los objetivos del proyecto con condiciones óptimas, i.e, aplicar el Costo total de propiedad (ToCO). Llevar a cabo actividades de eSourcing.
  • Tiene que asegurar que las obligaciones contractuales hacia el cliente que debe cumplir el proveedor estén cubiertas de una manera que mitigue la exposición al riesgo propio.
  • Proporcionar información del proveedor al equipo del proyecto, realizar las calificaciones de los proveedores y las evaluaciones de proveedores específicos del proyecto (evaluaciones del proyecto) y las actividades de desarrollo del proveedor.
  • Reportar y hacer seguimiento a las NCs y NCCs asociadas con proveedores y contratistas.
  • Preparar y ejecutar RFQ's y negociaciones del proveedor (Negociaciones contractuales, comerciales y de precio)
  • Apoyar en el cierre satisfactorio del proyecto, revisión y reporte de lecciones aprendidas desde la perspectiva del rol.
  • Liderar el proceso de toma de decisiones de compras, brindando al PM y al equipo de proyecto el apoyo y la información necesaria para que las decisiones de compra de suministros y servicios sean las más acertadas para el proyecto.
  • Debe asegurar que todas las políticas y lineamientos de compras de la organización se implementan y cumplan en el proyecto

Requisitos:

  • Profesional en Ingeniería Industrial, Eléctrica, Electrónica, Administración, o carreras afines.
  • 4 años de experiência en procesos de negociación
  • Experiência comprobada en el manejo de procesos de negociación y riesgos contractuales.
  • Idiomas: español, lengua materna. Inglés, intermedio.
  • Conocimiento en Sistema SAP.
  • Manejo de herramientas Microsoft avanzadas.
  • Competencias: Orientación al cliente, orientación al logro, capacidad de análisis, atención al detalle, capacidad para trabajar automotivado, capacidad de hacer seguimiento y control a procesos, habilidad de relacionamiento intercultural.
