Distribution Analyst / Perú Américas


Hoy nuestra Gerencia de Logistic se encuentra en la búsqueda de su próximo/a Distribution Analyst, quien tendrá la misión de: garantizar el cumplimiento de envío de las unidades a los clientes internos y externos dentro de los tiempos establecidos.


Dentro de las principales funciones a realizar se encuentran:

  • Emisión de guías de remisión para despacho de vehículos.
  • Realizar la programación de despachos a los clientes internos y externos
  • Generar reporte de despachos por marca y tipo de canal de venta.
  • Coordinar los horarios de entregas con toda la red de clientes y exhibiciones.
  • Realizar las reprogramaciones de unidades no despachadas.
  • Coordinar las atenciones con taller de unidades con fallas mecánicas y siniestros.
  • Actualizar los emplazamientos en SAP de acuerdo con el tipo de traslado generado.
  • Informar la programación de despachos a los Clientes internos y externos
  • Reportar las guías de remisión y actas de entrega de los CES al SharePoint compartido con ADV.
  • Hacer seguimiento al cumplimiento de programación de despachos diarios.
  • Realizar la validación de liquidaciones de servicio de distribución y transporte.
  • Generar orden de compra y documentos de conformidad del servicio en SAP.
  • Administrar el consumo de combustible de la flota de la compañía (modificación de saldos, generación y anulación de las tarjetas de Combustible REPSOL).
  • Generar Reporte de consumos de combustible de la compañía.
  • Generar análisis del consumo de combustible y distribución, por periodos, usuario, destino, etc.
  • Coordinar con proveedor de combustible para cambios, ampliaciones, ajuste de costos y uso de espacios en EESS (operativo portuario).
  • Generar las órdenes de compra y documentos de conformidad a REPSOL.
  • Revisar y actualizar las políticas de distribución.
  • Administrar el control de las placas de exhibición (renovación, asignación a sedes y revisión de registro en la web AAP).
  • Generar constancias complementarias y asignación de placa de exhibición para el traslado de vehículos nuevos desde y hacia el centro de distribución.

Requisitos:

  • Formación profesional en Ingeniería Industrial, Administración de Empresas, o carreras similares.
  • Entre 2 a 3 años de experiência profesional en áreas de distribución y logística.
  • Dominio de Excel Intermedio
  • Avanzado (excluyente).
  • Dominio de SAP Básico
  • Intermedio.
  • Dominio de Inglés Básico
  • Intermedio.
