Purpose:

  • Secures financial operations by monitoring and approving financial processing, reporting, supervising staff; ensure that accounting records and documentation comply with the requirements of the Group Finance Manual
  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Meets accounting financial standards by monitoring expenditures; identifying variances; implementing corrective actions
  • Maintains financial security by adhering to internal controls
  • Verifies accuracy of data and data processing of accounting related information
  • Has full responsibility for accounts payable systems and prepaid orders, including receipt of invoices, reviewing for approvals and account numbers requesting checks or processing interdepartmental transfers and invoice cancellation
  • Prepares monthly intercompany reconciliation
  • Plan and manage accounting procedures, ensure month and yearend balance correctly reflect the economicfinancial reality of the company
  • Full responsability over internal and external audit
  • Supervise creation of financial reports according to IFRS (International Financial Reporting Standards) and local GAAP
  • Provides training to workers in both orally and writing form on accounting systems, principles and practices
  • Knowledge Skills and Abilities:
  • Experienced in job and fully qualified/trained
  • Experience working with a share service organization
  • Combined broad theoretical and practical knowledge incl. company policies and practices
  • Strong competence with various tools, procedures, etc
  • Requisite Education and Experience / Minimum Qualifications:
  • 10 Years of work experience
  • Minimun 5 years leading high performance teams
  • SAP knowledge
  • Advanced English
