Como Channel Development manager serás responsable de mapear, desarrollar y manejar todos los canales disponibles para potenciar el producto desde una perspectiva más estratégica que de ventas (Isapres, Cajas de compensación, Seguros, etc) con el fin de priorizar y desarrollar las oportunidades, logrando ventas, rentabilidad y generación de alianzas necesarias para lograr los objetivos, trabajando de manera conjunta con el gerente de producto a fin de lograr posibilidades de copago, financiamiento o campañas especiales de vacunas en distintos clientes que permitan generar más acceso y lograr los objetivos de crecimiento de venta.


Tus responsabilidades:

Esta posición te da la oportunidad de liderar actividades claves para progresar TU carrera, las principales son:

  • Programar, coordinar y controlar estrategias comerciales con instituciones privadas, dentro de las políticas de la compañía, con el objeto de asegurar la inserción de los medicamentos de GSK en estos organismos, buscando nuevas oportunidades en el mercado no convencional de vacunas.
  • Anticipar los cambios del sistema de salud y su impacto en el negocio, desarrollando propuestas para aprovechar oportunidades y/o mitigar impactos en el negocio.
  • Establecer e implementar un plan de acción con distintos actores a fin de dar a conocer nuestros productos y sus beneficios para su incorporación y adopción, ejecutando el plan de cuentas en conjunto con marketing para introducción de nuevos productos y/o creación de nuevas oportunidades en clientes como cadenas de farmacia, vacunatorios privados, cajas de compensación y/o ISAPRES.
  • Generar a largo plazo una relación de confianza y de partner con las instituciones/ISAPRES/cadenas a cargo para generar nuevas oportunidades en canales no convencionales de vacunación, con apoyo de las distintas áreas como medical, marketing y ventas.
  • Asegurar y coordinar el éxito de los procesos administrativos de instituciones, sistemas de compras y/o licitaciones de sus instituciones con el seguimiento del resultados generados en los distintos canales, con el fin de mantener o modificar las estrategias establecidas.
  • Nuestra área de vacunas se dedica a la prevención de enfermedades para las cuales si existen vacunas._

  • Formación Profesional en áreas de la salud, comercial, manejo de clientes o áreas relacionadas
  • Con 3 años de experiência en adelante en posiciones similares.
  • Manejo del idioma inglés oral es requerido.
  • Manejo avanzado del paquete de office
  • Conocimiento completo del sistema de salud y canales.
  • Relacionamiento estratégico.
