En Workia estamos en busqueda de un "business development manager" para que nos ayude con la venta de nuestro Software HCM en Peru y en los otros paises de LATAM.

**Responsabilidades**:
Realizar el End to End del proceso comercial.
Identificar posibilidades de venta y evaluar las necesidades del cliente.
Buscar activamente nuevas oportunidades de venta a través de diferentes canales.
Realizar demos del producto y ofrecer presentaciones adecuadas sobre funcionalidades y servicios.
Colaborar activamente en forma conjunta con el equipo de growth y producto, para obtener más.
Venta consultiva.

**Requisitos**:
✔5 años de experiência en ventas de productos de tecnología.
✔Sólida experiência en ventas de productos SaaS.
✔Manejo de HubSpot
✔Tener conocimientos en RRHH.
✔ Es un plus haber trabajado en StartUp.
