Quien ocupe el rol de Business & Customer Support Manager liderará la estrategia para el equipo salud animal de toda la subsidiaria.
Es un rol de fundamental importancia para la subsidiaria y reporta en forma directa al lider de la operación de salud animal para el país.
El rol estará basado en nuestras oficinas de Lima.Responsabilidades
- Liderar los procesos estratégicos del país e interconectar los recursos regionales con las necesidades locales.
- Encabezar el servicio al cliente, la logística, la comercialización de múltiples especies, la efectividad digital y de ventas.
- Atraer, desarrollar y retener el mejor talento para consolidar un equipo de alto rendimiento.
- Liderar e implementar el plan estratégico regional en el mercado local.
- Conectar y construir relaciones sólidas entre los equipos locales y los equipos y recursos regionales.
- Liderar el cambio digital y también liderar procesos de innovación para mejorar la experiência del cliente.
- Apoyar a los gerentes de negocio en la toma de decisiones y proporcionar las soluciones necesarias para sus requerimientos.
- Liderar, motivar e inspirar a los equipos locales de diferentes unidades de negocio y de apoyo. Trabajar en la alineación de los equipos con el plan estratégico y las operaciones de la organización.
- Garantizar el cumplimiento (políticas, disposiciones, planes comerciales, D&O, actividades de marketing, material promocional, muestras, estudios clínicos y de productos, entre otros).
Requisitos
- Experiência en roles de estrategia de negocio, logística, comercialización y administración.
- Será sumamente valorado contar con experiência en salud animal, pero no es excluyente.
- Experiência en manejo de múltiples stake holders (internos y externos).
- Manejo avanzado del idioma inglés
