Manages and coordinates a range of PMO and Project Controls services to support designated projects within the PMO and Planning Centre of Excellence.

You'll be responsible for:

Managing a range of PMO and project controls performance on an assigned commissions under supervision and mentorship of more senior PMO, project controls or project/programme management professionals assigned to that commission.
Developing the effective implementation of PMO and project controls framework/strategy on assigned commissions.
Actively developing internal and external stakeholder relationships building strong professional relationships with client/client representatives.
Contributing to the preparation of monthly reports and the facilitation and delivery of performance reporting and reviews.
Recommending and develops PMO and project controls methodologies including EVM.
Managing the integration of all PMO and planning disciplines including risk management and planning.
Improving the alignment of all PMO and project controls activity to the Mace control centre, client requirements and other legislation.
Providing comprehensive technical expertise in support of PMO and project controls performance.
Working collaboratively towards the common goal of net zero carbon transition, and share responsibility for the proactive identification and management of the associated carbon emissions and reductions during the delivery of work.

You'll need to have:

An ability to work in Spanish and English
Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office products e.g. MS Word, MS Excel and MS PowerPoint.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Willingness to be part of a high performing team.
Articulation and has potential to assimilate information quickly.
Attention to detail.
Understanding of construction/delivery lifecycle and/or Consultancy.
Knowledge and experience of PMO and Project Controls service delivery
Good interpersonal skills and potential ability to form effective working relationships.
Ability to articulate complex information and ideas for a non-technical audience.

You'll also have:

Experience of working on construction projects and/or consultancy.
Experience of delivering effective PMO and project controls/assurance frameworks/strategies.
Good knowledge of PMO and Project Controls tools, techniques and software (e.g. MS office and Power BI, Aconex, Primavera P6 and RiskHive).
An interest in data analytics.
Creating and delivering clear and professional presentations to project teams/clients.
Relevant university degree (e.g. construction, engineering) (or equivalent).
Progress towards achievement of chartered status (or equivalent) and/or membership of a relevant professional institution e.g. Association of Project Managers.
