You'll be responsible for:

Manages contract of the UKDT/ANIN operational contract and addendums.
Manages commercial and resource integration within the UKDT contract administration team.
Coordinates mobilisation and demobilisation of resources for the programme.
Supports commercial interface between UKDT leadership team/ UKDT commercial management and the client.
Provides monthly time reporting for all consultants/ contractors and any additional expenses.
Reviews all resource immigration and obtaining virtual TAMs for client review.
Is main point of contact to submit all formal clause changes as per the operating contract.
Supports commercial management processes required for management of all UKDT resources.
Coordinates monthly activity reports and supports with completion.
Submits all formal communication from the UKDT to ANIN
Reviews and supports work orders and supports, including creation/coordination of CV approvals and onboarding.
Manages, coordinates and monitors SME business trips.
Is in charge of correspondence and document control utilising the information management system ACONEX.
Manages the administration team inclusive of interpretation and information technology on the programme.

You'll need to have:

Experience in administration/commercial management.
