En Toku liderarás nuestra apertura en Perú. Buscamos una persona con +5 años de experiência en venta B2B que sea estratégico/a, motivado/a y ambicioso/a. En este rol tendrás como desafío, abrir Toku en Perú y lograr nuestra expansión. El Head of Sales, debe ser un líder inspirador, que sea capaz de ser enabler, negociar, cerrar deals y liderar la estrategia de crecimiento en Perú. Es un cargo de alta exposición e influencias en las directrices de la empresa.
**¿Qué tendrás que hacer?**
Construir y liderar desde un comienzo, un equipo de ventas sólido, que nos permita conseguir el crecimiento y posicionamiento esperado.
Responsable del canal de ventas y de lograr las metas propuestas, liderando a tu equipo para el cumplimiento de objetivos y desarrollo profesional.
Proyectar el crecimiento del país junto al CRO
Definir la estrategia de ventas entendiendo las posibles industrias que harían match con Toku
Liderar venta consultiva entendiendo las necesidades y realidades de los posibles clientes.
Velar por el cumplimiento de los KPI de la compañía (MRR, CAC, LTV, etc), para conseguir el crecimiento propuesto.
Trabajar de la mano con equipo de Producto y Operaciones para encontrar oportunidades de mejoras y a su vez priorizar las solicitudes que salgan en el camino.
- ️ Estar siempre informado de las últimas tendencias payments del mercado.
Aportar con nuevas ideas de ventas y gestión de equipos
**Requirements**:
✔ Mínimo 5 años de experiência en el área de ventas B2B.
✔ Experiência liderando equipos.
✔ Alta motivación y proactividad.
✔ Habilidades blandas y relacionales altamente desarrolladas con foco en el objetivo.
✔ Capacidad para hacer que las cosas sucedan y transmitir confianza.
✔ Customer centric, con ganas de siempre buscar la mejor solución al cliente.
✔ Colaborativo y orientado al trabajo en equipo.
✔ Con mucha facilidad + ganas de aprender sobre herramientas digitales y automatización.
