About the role:
We are seeking a Patient Support Program Owner who will become a strategic ally for the business, crafting and implementing valuable proposals to improve the patient journey and facilitate access and adherence to treatment.
Key responsibilities:

- Develop a solid understanding of the business, the disease area, and the product to bring value added proposals
- Capture input from the field and generate insights to nurture the design of strategies and tactics for Patient-Oriented Programs (POP) that may respond to the needs of patients, address gaps in the provision of health care, contribute to shorten the patient journey (awareness - diagnosis - access - adherence) and respond to business priorities, thus strengthening NVS’ value proposition
- Use digital tools and channels as enablers to increase outreach, impact, gather insights and provide customized solutions
- Design, plan and conduct Patient-Oriented Programs (POP), ensuring the adequate allocation of time and resources to perform and implement all activities
- Ensure accurate follow up and compliance of administrative procedures (ESP creation, due diligence, PO, R2P, etc.) related to ESPs and suppliers
- Regularly interact with the POP Governance Manager and PVR to discuss POP and ESP performance and compliance. Collaborate with them to actively follow-up on cases of non-compliance, including late AE reporting, and to ensure the adoption of appropriate action and risk mitigation measures (deviations and CAPAs)
- Ensure compliance with all local laws and regulations

**Role Requirements**
- Bachelor’s degree in health care related area or in commercial/business field
- 3-year experience in the pharmaceutical industry
- Proven expertise in the management of Patient Support Programs
- Data monitoring experience (desirable)
- Validated track-record in similar functions
- Spanish & English proficiency
- Good organizational, planning and project management skills
