**Sobre el puesto**:
La misión del área de Customer Support es materializar la propuesta de valor de Cabify ofreciendo para todas nuestras audiencias un servicio seguro, fiable y superior. Para esto es necesario generar procesos de clientes de alto valor agregado de una forma eficiente y escalable

**¿Cómo nos ayudarás a cumplir con nuestra misión?***
- Orientar a conductores postulantes para el proceso de Onboarding y generar las altas.
- Asegurar la calidad en la atención a los conductores según los SLA establecidos.
- Regularizar registros de datos personales y cuentas de conductores.
- Proponer mejoras en la operativa diaria.
- Atender el proceso de afiliación de conductores en el front office, backoffice y en campo, coordinando y monitoreando las acciones offline.
- Gestionar la logística local respecto a la entrega de incentivos y perks.
- Gestionar el seguimiento de cada lead para asegurar la conversión.

**¿Que buscamos?**
- Experiência mínima de 2 años en atención al cliente.
- Estudiante universitario de los últimos ciclos (Administración, Negocios y otros)
- Excelente actitud de servicio.
- Dominio intermedio de herramientas office.
- Orientado a los resultados y autosuficiente.
