**Responsabilidades y atribuciones**
- Programar en PLATAFORMA SGA los SOT derivados por el Área ATCORP por atención personal de PINTA para la atención de averías de CLIENTES CORPORATIVOS dentro de un tiempo establecido por el ÁREA DE MANTENIMIENTO CORPORATIVO. Estos tiempos han sido comunicados al Socio Comercial por correo electrónico autorizado.
- Coordinar con los CONTRATISTAS de PINT el mantenimiento de reparaciones del servicio fijo (Internet, RPV y Telefonía) para CLIENTES CORPORATIVOS, ya en curso o programados para el ÁREA DE MANTENIMIENTO CORPORATIVO. Estas coordinaciones se realizarán mediante llamada telefónica, correo electrónico y aplicaciones para teléfonos inteligentes entre el SOCIO COMERCIAL y los CONTRATISTAS DE PINTA.
- Coordinar y solicitar a los CONTRATISTAS de Planta Interna (PINT), quienes lleven el equipo necesario para cada una de las atenciones. Esta solicitud de recursos disponibles como mano de obra y logística se realizará mediante llamada telefónica, correo electrónico o aplicaciones móviles entre el SOCIO COMERCIAL y el CONTRATISTA, según requerimiento del área de ATCORP que se encuentra en el SOT.
- Apoyo en tareas administrativas asociadas al Área de MANTENIMIENTO CORPORATIVO, tales como la generación de CCRs para mantenimiento preventivo, generación de SOTs para mantenimiento preventivo, revisión de Órdenes de Trabajo, revisión de documentación de mantenimiento preventivo, entre otras actividades que son adicionales al objetivo y funciones principales.
- Realizar el seguimiento mediante llamada telefónica o mediante aplicación móvil al CONTRATISTA DE PINT desde el inicio de la atención de la avería hasta su posterior finalización y solución del inconveniente comunicado.
- Realizar las actualizaciones de registros en la PLATAFORMA SGA durante y al término de todas las atenciones por parte del CONTRATISTA.
- Revisión y posterior verificación de los trabajos realizados por los CONTRATISTAS durante la atención de un CLIENTE CORPORATIVO.
- Revisión y seguimiento de la documentación correspondiente a la atención de CLIENTES CORPORATIVOS por parte de los CONTRATISTAS. Cada CONTRATISTA sube la documentación correspondiente a la atención a la PLATAFORMA SGA.
- Revisar y verificar las causas de los retrasos de las averías sin servicio fuera del SLA y en la programación de solicitudes. CLARO enviará al SOCIO COMERCIAL al final de la semana (día siguiente) una base de datos donde se encuentran los SOTs que el SOCIO COMERCIAL tiene que revisar para verificar las causas de los retrasos en las averías.

**Requisitos y calificaciones**
- Egresado de la carrera de Redes e informática, Sistemas o afines.
- Contar con Bachiller o estudios Técnicos completos.
- Experiência de 1 año en el cargo o posiciones similares.
- Disponibilidad para realizar turnos rotativos 24x7
- Trabajo presencial
