Your ‘day to day’

Lead and maintain a healthy portfolio through constant monitoring of overdue balances, timely entry of collections from KA, Wholesalers and Distributors, and support to the Commercial Team in any balance inquiries or portfolio differences with customers.

1. Guarantee that all C&C/CMD/Treasury/CMA checks are properly performed and archived for future review.

2. Ensure that all special analyses and projects delegated to your responsibility are executed on time/quality.

3. Identify, propose, and lead changes within the area's processes seeking time optimization.

Who we’re looking for
- A minimum of a university degree in Business Administration, Economy, Industrial Engineering, Finance or similar.
- At least 3+ years of experience in exposure in credit, collections, accounting, or auditing /financial services areas.
- People manager is a strong plus, at least one year supervising direct or indirect teams.
- Ability to understand the needs of key partners.
- Outstanding leadership, communication, analytical skills.
- Is a must to have an understanding and confirmed experience in FCMG.
- Advanced English level is required.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
