Responsibilities:
- Manage and administer Middleware products and other emerging platforms.
- Develop and implement best practices for Middleware systems.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Middleware systems.
- Provide training and support to team members on Middleware systems.

**Required Skills**:
- Experience in infrastructure administration.
- Basic knowledge of WAS, IHS, Weblogic, and IIS.
- Solid knowledge of middleware subsystems such as JBOSS, Nginx, and WebApps.
- Solid knowledge of the Linux Operating System and Windows Server.
- Basic knowledge of the Azure portal.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
