Lo que necesitas:

- Bachiller/Licenciatura
- Conocimiento probado de gestión de proyectos
- Contar con experiência en Consultoría en gestión de procesos (mejora, rediseño y transformación de procesos) gestión de proyectos, Business Process Management (BPM), performance management, rediseño organizacional, elaboración de casos de negocio en empresas privadas o públicas (3 años).
- Conocimiento en Gestión de Proyectos
- Certificado Agile (Product Owner, Scrum Master).
- Conocimiento de Negocio Bancario.
- Conocimiento Metodologías Agile, Design Thinking, Lean, Six Sigma.
- Conocimiento de Ofimática.
- Inglés a nível intermedio

**Aspectos generales**

El objetivo del área de Engineering es asegurar la continua operatividad del Grupo BBVA Perú a través del aprovisionamiento oportuno de tecnología, sistemas, seguridad de funcionarios e instalaciones y procesamiento de datos. De igual manera brinda soporte a través de la documentación de procesos estratégicos y del desarrollo tecnológico y de sistemas. Para mejorar el servicio y entregar valor de manera más rápida y eficaz, hace casi 2 años el equipo de Engineering inició su camino para convertirse en una Organización Agile. Desde entonces se ha impulsado un modelo de trabajo más colaborativo con sus clientes internos, dotando a la organización de mayor flexibilidad y liquidez. Hoy, la mayoría de los equipos trabajan en metodologías ágiles, logrando una mejora de la calidad, el time-to-market y el compromiso de los equipos. Para seguir avanzando en ese camino y, siguiendo la evolución de la organización de Engineering, se ha acelerado la velocidad de transformación, extendiendo el exitoso nuevo modelo de fábricas digitales, e impulsando la autonomía y empoderamiento de los equipos para dar mejor respuesta a la estrategia local y global.

Lo que harás:

- Gestionar el avance del desarrollo de las iniciativas bajo la Metodología Lean-Agile del equipo de trabajo
asignado, asegurando el cumplimiento de objetivos.
- Identificar oportunidades de mejora en los procesos asignados, considerando el enfoque integral y visión
customer centric, así como los principios de diseño del grupo.
- Gestionar equipos de personas asignadas a distintos proyectos
- Velar por el cumplimiento de la Metodología de Gestión de procesos: Lean-Agile.
- Brindar asesoría y soporte a los Especialistas de Procesos para desarrollar las oportunidades de mejora con un
enfoque integral y de Customer Centric, así como los principios de diseño del grupo.
- Capacitar a los Especialistas en temas relacionados a la gestión de Procesos.
- Asegurar el modelado de los procesos As Is y/o To Be en la herramienta ARIS según los lineamientos de
modelado corporativo y considerando los principios de diseño del grupo.
- Difundir la Cultura de Gestión de Procesos en el Banco.
