We are a hyper-motivated crew of internet marketing experts based in Houston, Texas. We're on a mission to provide truly profitable data-driven marketing solutions, primarily for The Automotive industry and Roofers.

We love working together to accomplish one thing: persuade people to do business with our clients, and do it more often. Seeing our clients make more money and collaborating together to accomplish their goals is what drives us to slam down a couple of espressos every morning and fire up our brain cells.

**JOB DESCRIPTION**

**WHAT YOU’LL DO**
- Develop comprehensive campaign strategies aligned with client goals, target audience, and market trends.
- Manage campaign timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure timely delivery and optimal performance.
- Conduct thorough market research and analysis to identify opportunities, trends, and insights that inform campaign strategies and tactics.
- Monitor campaign performance metrics, analyze data, and generate actionable insights to optimize campaign effectiveness and ROI.
- Prepare regular reports and presentations to communicate campaign results, recommendations, and insights to internal stakeholders and clients.
- Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in campaign management and digital marketing.

**REQUIRED SKILLS**
- 2+ Years Experience managing digital campaigns
- Proven experience in campaign management, marketing, or related role, preferably in the Automotive Marketing Industry.
- Proficiency in digital marketing platforms, analytics tools, and project management software.
- Excellent attention to detail, especially with communication (written and verbal) and meeting deadlines
- Excellent proficiency in Facebook Advertising
- Knowledge of Google Analytics or other optimization tools
- Quickly develop proficiency in Google Ads and Amazon Ads
- Comfortable managing and optimizing digital advertising accounts with large budgets
- Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Professional communication, presentation and interpersonal skills.
- Prior experience with digital marketing agencies preferred
