REQUISITOS:

- Profesionales de la carrera de Administración o carreras afines.
- Conocimientos de gestión y experiência en la mejora de la eficiencia y productividad.
- Buenas habilidades de comunicación y resolución de problemas.
- Experiência de trabajo en atención al cliente (ventaja).
- Nível de Inglés Avanzado. (Indispensable)

FUNCIONES:

- Brindar ayuda y asesoramiento a clientes valiosos a través de una comunicación de alto nível mediante los canales disponibles.
- Asignar eficientemente las solicitudes entrantes al equipo, priorizando acciones y monitoreando los recursos del equipo para garantizar que se cumplan los plazos con los clientes.
- Llevar a cabo revisiones de desempeño para el equipo de customer support, identificando áreas de mejora y capacitando cuando sea necesario.
- Supervisar que el equipo está cumpliendo los procedimientos, políticas y estándares de servicio al cliente.
- Mantener una actitud proactiva y empática hacia los clientes.
- Garantizar la satisfacción del cliente y brindar apoyo profesional a los clientes.
