**About Paysafe**

To help us fuel accelerated growth, we are looking for an experienced **Merchant Services Representative.**

**What to expect**:

- Information support to existing merchants
- Merchant account reporting, instruction, and operation support
- Provide support to Account Management & Sales teams.
- Working with Compliance team, Payments team, Legal and IT
- Work between 9 AM - 5 PM.

**Your Profile**:

- Understand that this area of the company is extremely high profile; therefore, professional communication skills, both written and oral, are of paramount importance.
- Fluent English (mandatory)
- Ability to form professional yet personable relationships with merchant contacts.
- Professionally deal with confidential information
- Desire to achieve “next level” merchant services standards.
- Strong independent decision-making and organizational skills
- Problem solver
- Conflict/complaint resolution skills
- Agility and flexibility in the workplace
- Able to work in a team atmosphere.
- Can work unsupervised
- Proactive work ethic
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to present themselves in a professional manner.
