Business Development Representative

Identify potential customers and target markets for BPO services & Language Services
Research and gather information on potential customers to understand their business needs and pain points
Prepare and deliver sales presentations to potential customers, highlighting the benefits of BPO services and addressing any concerns or objections
Negotiate and close deals with potential customers
Maintain relationships with existing customers to ensure satisfaction and identify opportunities for upselling or expanding services
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Representative (BDR) to join our Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) team at Bilingual. The BDR will be responsible for identifying and securing new business opportunities for our BPO & Language services, and will play a critical role in driving revenue growth for the company.
**Requisitos**:
Minimum of 1 year of experience in a Business Development or Sales role
Experience in the BPO industry is a plus but not required
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Self-motivated and results-driven with a proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales goals
Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
English level advanced/native
