Nos encontramos en la búsqueda de un(a) **Customer Service y Operaciones** que se una a nuestro equipo. El objetivo principal del puesto es garantizar una experiência excepcional para nuestros clientes mientras coordinas de manera eficiente los procesos operativos de la organización.
**Funciones**:
- Atender consultas y solicitudes de clientes de manera profesional y eficiente.
- Supervisar y coordinar los procesos operativos relacionados con los servicios ofrecidos.
- Gestionar y mantener actualizada la documentación operativa.
- Identificar oportunidades de mejora en la atención al cliente y los procesos internos.
- Actuar como punto de contacto entre clientes y áreas internas, facilitando la solución de problemas.
- Elaborar informes periódicos de gestión y resultados.
**Requisitos**:
- Educación técnica o universitaria en Administración, Logística, Ingeniería Industrial o carreras afines.
- Experiência de 1-2 años en atención al cliente o gestión operativa.
- Conocimiento de herramientas de CRM y software de gestión operativa.
- Excelentes habilidades de comunicación y organización.
- Capacidad para trabajar bajo presión y resolver problemas de forma efectiva.
- Inglés: Intermedio
