Estamos buscando un(a) Tigo Sports Product Chief
Ubicación: El Salvador

Propósito Principal: Desarrollar estrategias comerciales innovadoras para Tigo Sports en los negocios Pre Pago, Post Pago y B2B, con el objetivo de maximizar el retorno y potenciar el crecimiento. Además, serás clave en la implementación y seguimiento de planes de comunicación estratégicos, impulsando el crecimiento de usuarios en nuestra app y redes sociales.

**Responsabilidades**:
- Creación de estrategias para los negocios alrededor de Tigo Sports.- Ejecutar las estrategias definidas, asegurando el desempeño y calidad esperado de dichas iniciativas.- Monitorear el desempeño de las actividades comerciales ejecutadas y proponer acciones para mejorar los resultados.- Ejecución de planes y seguimiento sobre el negocio de Tigo Sports.- Monitorear el crecimiento de la base de usuarios en app y redes sociales.

Requisitos:
- Graduado/a en Licenciatura en Administración de Empresas, Mercadeo, Economía, Ingeniería Industrial, Ingeniería de Negocios o afines.- ️ 3 años de experiência en posiciones de área comercial, preferiblemente en manejo de productos de consumo masivo o en mercadeo. Además, 2 años de experiência en posiciones de jefatura.- Conocimiento de deportes nacionales e internacionales.- Dominio de Excel.
