Propósito: Responsable de impulsar el crecimiento de la base de usuarios y las transacciones digitales que estos realizan, apoyando tanto los negocios de suscripción como de transacción en sus diferentes etapas, productos y canales de la compañía. Además, es responsable de gestionar los journeys de comunicación digital con los clientes y de implementar nuevos casos de uso en las distintas herramientas de autogestión digital. Asimismo, su función incluye incrementar la penetración de los casos de uso existentes y buscar oportunidades para digitalizar procesos actuales.
**Responsabilidades**:
- A cargo de la estrategia y ejecución de diferentes iniciativas, para incrementar la adopción de uso de las diferentes funcionalidades digitales para los clientes del negocio de subscripción.- Tener el rol de Product Owner, para el desarrollo de las diferentes funcionalidades digitales para el negocio de subscripción.- Identificar oportunidades de mejora o crecimiento, por medio de análisis de datos utilizando diferentes herramientas de análisis, así como diferentes fuentes de información.- Promover y liderar el uso equipo de trabajo multidisciplinarios para incluir los canales digitales en las diferentes iniciativas comerciales e identificar el valor que su adopción genera a la compañía.- Velar por el cumplimiento de las experiências de nuevos casos de uso o nuevas herramientas, con visión Digital First- A cargo de la adopción digital de todos los clientes del negocio de subscripción.- A cargo del roadmap de desarrollos digitales.- Trabajar en conjunto con el equipo de desarrollo digital, IT, mercadeo, negocios, atención al cliente y legal.- Ser un ente de transformación en la organización, promoviendo la visión de Digital first
Requisitos:
- Educación: Ingeniera de negocios, Administración de empresas, Ingeniera de sistemas informático, Ingeniera industrial, Mercado o carreras afines.- Gestión de proyectos de transformación digital, gestión de productos digitales, marketing digital y análisis de datos.- Certificación: Product Owner (deseable)- Conocimiento sobre el manejo de base de usuarios e iniciativas comerciales.- Entendimiento de conceptos técnicos para una buena calidad de los productos digitales, satisfaciendo la necesidad del cliente.- Conocimiento de análisis de datos y toma de decisiones basado en datos.- Nível avanzado de Microsoft Excel- Conocimientos de SQL, Power BI
