En el Clúster Andino tenemos una gran oportunidad dentro del área Acceso en la ciudad de Lima, Perú en el rol de Market Access &VP Lead Oncology. Esta posición tiene como misión diseñar, ejecutar e implementar, conjuntamente con las otras áreas de la compañía, las estrategias y acciones que permitan garantizar el acceso, mejorar el relacionamiento, el reconocimiento y el posicionamiento de AstraZeneca, así como desarrollar nuevos negocios y nuevos modelos de los distintos subsistemas de Salud de Perú, en la división a cargo.

**Requisitos para el rol**
- Profesional en áreas de la salud, políticas públicas o carreras afines con mínimo cinco años de experiência en su cargo, en Acceso de productos farmacéuticos, en el sistema de Gestión Pública, en una empresa aseguradora privada o experiência afín.
- Fuerte conocimiento del Sistema de Salud Peruano, así como las rutas de acceso de medicamentos a dichos sub-sistemas.
- Experiência de liderazgo en el trabajo con equipos multidisciplinarios.
- Experiência previa en roles gerenciales y de administración del Sistema de Salud Peruano.
- Experiência previa en interacción con organizaciones de la Sociedad civil. (Deseable)
- Estudios de Gestión Pública en Salud, Políticas Públicas o afines. (Deseable)
- Inglés intermedio

**Responsabilidades Principales**
- Diseñar, ejecutar e implementar estrategias que permitan la cobertura sostenible de los medicamentos del área terapéutica a cargo de la Compañía en todos los subsistemas de salud de Perú.
- Mantener un óptimo relacionamiento con distintos actores del Sistema de Salud de Perú y los distintos subsistemas, a partir de su profundo conocimiento de este, buscando en ellos el posicionamiento de AstraZeneca como un socio estratégico comprometido con la mejora continua de resultados.
- Buscar e identificar nuevas oportunidades para el área terapéutica a cargo y mayor reconocimiento de AZ dentro de los distintos actores del Sector Salud de Perú, incluyendo asociaciones de pacientes y civiles.
- Lograr crecimiento en nuevos clientes a través del desarrollo de acuerdos que sean beneficios para los pacientes, los clientes y AZ.
- Buscar la oportuna cobertura y acceso de nuevas indicaciones o productos en las aseguradoras privadas de Perú.
- Realizar seguimiento a las estrategias acordadas con los distintos clientes.
- Organización de advisory boards de pagadores o actores claves dentro del sistema de Salud Peruano, cuando sea aplicable, posible y sea necesario, o articulación de los mismo dentro de evento científicos.
- Organizar eventos que apoyen los objetivos de acceso de Perú.
- Actualización permanente en normatividad referida al acceso de los productos en los distintos subsistemas y su interpretación en Perú.
- Diseño de estrategias para una mejor operativización de las normas vinculadas al acceso de los productos de AZ.
- Aplicación de su conocimiento en modelos de contratación en salud en pro de facilitar el acceso del portafolio de AZ en los distintos subsistemas de Salud.
- Acompañar la implementación y el mejoramiento de las estrategias patient centricity como PAP, PSP y demás, buscando siempre lograr las máximas eficiencias en los tiempos a lo largo de la ruta de paciente.
