**Customer Succes Executive**

**Debe cumplir el siguiente perfil**:

- Experiência comprobada no menor a 3 años en puestos similares.
- Orientado a KPI’s
- Estudios universitarios concluidos
- Experiência en el rubro servicios
- Experiência en gestión de cuentas ECOMMERCE
- Experiência en SAAS (No excluyente)

**Principales Funciones**
- Garantizar el éxito de nuestros clientes proporcionándoles la mejor experiência de la marca
- Ejecutar la estrategia comercial con enfoque en el crecimiento de ventas de nuestras tiendas
- Evaluar puntos de mejora para la oferta de productos
- Monitorear analíticas web y de marketing digital y en función a eso proponer estrategias de crecimiento
- Generar nuevas propuestas de negocios para mejorar las ratios de conversión
- Acompañar y asesorar en todo el flujo de operación de los nuevos clientes

Salario: A partir de S/.5,000.00 al mes
