Job Responsibilities- Responsible for designing and directing the successful execution of the Business Plan for the short-, medium
- and long-term Aftermarket & Account Management.- Manage, develop, train and motivate the Aftermarket and Account Management team, developing their skills to ensure a high professional standard is achieved and team objectives are met.- Analyze customer and market data, insights and trends to develop detailed business plans to ensure the sustainable growth of FLSmidth's Aftermarket business.- Ensure that our clients are adequately attended to in a timely manner by the Aftermarket and Account Management team.
What you bring- Specialty Engineering, Metallurgy, Mines, Mechanics- 15 years in positions responsible for sales, aftermarket, business opening and business maintenance with mining and large-volume industrial clients- English Spoken and Written Advanced Intermediate Level
