Captación de clientes nuevos y gestionar las cuentas clave de la empresa. Realizar una prospección permanente y activa de clientes que permita alcanzar los planes de crecimiento con la mayor ratio de eficiencia de cierre, a través del CRM. Asegurar el correcto diseño de las propuestas por el equipo especialista, y dar seguimiento a dichas oportunidades para garantizar los cierres. Mantener la relación post venta con los clientes. Reportar semanalmente la gestión de indicadores a Gerencia Comercial.

**Requisitos**:
Técnico o bachiller o licenciado en Ingeniería industrial, ingeniería comercial, administración, marketing o afines. Experiência de 3 - 5 años en venta consultiva (b2b) en consultoras de marketing, investigación de mercado, publicidad o afines. Conocimientos técnicos en marketing y venta de intangibles. Conocimiento y experiência con CRM, redes sociales y trello. Diseñar el área y el proceso de ventas Inglés Intermedio Competencias: Orientación a resultados, liderazgo, comunicación, flexibilidad, empatía, orientación al servicio, planificación y control, confiabilidad, honestidad.
