Your Next Career Opportunity - Site Acquisition Specialist I

This position is responsible for the ongoing site acquisition processes for Site Development, supporting the teams of project managers, participating in meetings with customers, and controlling the company's system and the schedule of activities with suppliers. Monitor and control document activities, and maintain the progress of activities within SBA process standards. This role is also responsible for interacting with the Licensing and Legal areas in order to ensure agility in meeting deadlines for launching works (RTP).

What You Will Do - Primary Responsibilities
- Work with public and private institutions (registry offices, administrative council condominiums, etc.) to find solutions to commercial obstacles.
- Elaboration and monitoring of administrative appeals with city halls regarding embargoes and/or fines.
- Analysis of the Owners and Property documentation with the Notary and RGIs.
- Distribution of business opportunities to suppliers, as well as pre-analysis of real estate and lessor documentation.
- This position is also responsible for controlling spreadsheets with Coordinators for general reports.
- Management of ongoing processes, ensuring compliance with deadlines, delivery of documents, and validation of criteria defined by the company, including commercial conditions.
- Work cross-functionally with Legal, Licensing, and Commercial areas to ensure that all requirements are met.
- Update the internal control system.
- Other projects and duties as assigned.

What You’ll Need - Qualifications & Requirements
- Bilingual in English/Portuguese preferred
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or related field of study;
- and 0-2 years of experience in site acquisition.
- Experience in process and project analysis.
- Demonstrated knowledge and intermediate proficiency working with Microsoft Office Suite software including Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft PowerPoint and Microsoft Outlook.
- Domestic Travel 20% of the time
- Valid Government Issued Driver's License
