**Descripción**:
Importante empresa del sector agrícola está en búsqueda de un profesional que ocupe el cargo de Sales Account Manager con las siguientes funciones:

- Generar relaciones a largo plazo con los agricultores basada en la confianza y en la comprensión de sus necesidades.
- Generar y retener clientes.
- Utilizar herramientas de gestión de cuentas para crear y mejorar las relaciones comerciales.
- Trabajar estrechamente con los clientes para explorar soluciones a los retos de la polinización y/o los polinizadores.
- Crear y ofrecer la mejor experiência al cliente junto con las áreas de Desarrollo de Productos y Operaciones
- Representar a los clientes internamente para que el proceso de desarrollo y operaciones sea cumplido con altos estándares de calidad
- Comprender y vender la propuesta de valor de la empresa a los productores y apicultores.
- Seguimiento de la prestación de servicios para garantizar la satisfacción de los clientes a través de resultados y servicios superiores de polinización de cultivos.
- Trabajar con otros miembros del equipo para garantizar un buen equilibrio entre el proceso operativo y los resultados para el cliente.
- Asistir a ferias comerciales y reuniones de productores.
- Gestionar el proceso de negociación, controlando y supervisando los contratos con los clientes, los precios y la facturación.
- Identificar nuevas oportunidades de mercado en su región de responsabilidad.
- Participar en la planificación de ventas y operaciones y en los debates sobre previsiones.

**Requisitos**:
El perfil debe cumplir los siguientes requisitos:

- Ingeniero Agrónomo, Agroindustrial, Industrial o carreras de negocios.
- Experiência mínima de 7 años en el sector agrícola con experiência en roles de venta, marketing y Desarrollo de Productos.
- Mínimo 5 años de experiência en ventas a cultivos.
- Contar con red de contactos de productores de arándanos y aguacates (deseable).
- Con nível de inglés avanzado (Indispensable).
- Con las siguientes competencias: resolución de problemas, orientado a resultados, comunicación a todo nível, resolutivo, liderazgo, enfoque en mejora continua, confianza, honestidad y colaboración.
