Remote- Full-time- Senior- We are expanding our Delivery business and we are looking for a Sales Manager to join our team In this position you will be responsible for developing this line of service in Peru by prospecting clients and building a great customer relationship and experience post-sale.**Responsibilities**:
**What you will do**:
- Serve as the lead point of contact for all customer account management matters
- Launch/onboard new clients
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationship
- Develop existing clients
- Search for a new potential clients via existing channels
- Provide customer oriented service to key accounts
- Solve clients’ inquiries, questions, concerns in a proactive manner
- Key account operations management (SLA, KPI achievements)
- Database management to keep track of key performance indicators for the assigned accounts
- Cooperate with other companies to enable partnerships growth
- Achieve clients engagement through innovative strategies
- Promote the product to potential clients
**Qualifications**:
- What we expect from you:
- At least 3 years of relevant sales experience in logistics/delivery
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to make structured business judgment and decisions
- Advanced MS office user
- Advanced English level
- University degree in commercial/marketing or related areas
