**Senior Specialist, AML Compliance -** Lima, Peru**

In this role, you will operate within the Global Field Organization (GFO) of the Global Compliance organization. Which mitigates money laundering, terrorist financing and fraud related risks to Western Union.

**Role Responsibilities**
- Investigate and research alert activity using Western Union systems, public databases and records conduct case-specific outreach to consumers.
- Document findings and make recommendations, including escalating specific cases to Western Union business partners.
- Identify emerging typologies and determine the appropriate strategy using applied knowledge and a wide range of investigative techniques.
- Conduct complex manipulation of data.

**Role Requirements**
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent job experience in the financial services industry.
- Demonstrate strong analytical and organizational skills with the ability to meet deadlines.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and deadline-driven culture.
- Team player with strong collaborative ability and can work autonomously, making work-related decisions that incorporate company policies and procedures.
- Intermediate English is required for this role.
