**Descripción del Puesto**:
Tienes habilidades o experiência en Soporte de Ventas para poder trabajar con un equipo de Ventas regional y respaldar procesos comerciales transaccionales?

TD SYNNEX está buscando una persona en Soporte de Ventas que pueda procesar pedidos de materiales o mercancías del personal de ventas o ser el contacto directo con el cliente.

Lleva tu carrera al siguiente nível en Soporte de Ventas

**Lo que harás**:

- Mantener archivos de clientes con contratos de venta y otra información.
- Ofrecer cotizaciones de precios, completa hojas de pedido y verifica el precio y la cantidad de cada artículo enumerado.
- Distribuir hojas de pedidos a los respectivos departamentos.
- Coordinar con los departamentos el estado de los pedidos, las fechas de envío, los precios, la disponibilidad de productos y los pedidos pendientes.
- Representar a TD SYNNEX profesionalmente en la interfaz diaria con socios comerciales internos y externos, clientes y departamentos de apoyo.
- Realizar tareas adicionales según lo asignado
- Cumplir con los estándares de asistencia y puntualidad

**Lo que estamos buscando**:

- Se requiere un Profesional en las áreas de Tecnología, Comercial con 1+ años de experiência relevante
- Se requiere de dominio del idioma inglés (nível B2 o superior)
- Ajustarse fácilmente a los cambios y adaptarse según sea necesario con respecto a múltiples partes de nuestra organización
- Trabajar como parte de un equipo. Construir relaciones de trabajo sólidas y efectivas con los demás.
- Ser capaz de trabajar constructivamente bajo estrés y presión cuando se enfrenta a grandes cargas de trabajo y plazos.
- Actitud amistosa, extrovertida y socialmente cómoda
- Capaz de ejecutar instrucciones y solicitar aclaraciones cuando sea necesario
- Fomentar y liderar múltiples líneas de comunicación
- Mantener una actitud positiva ante la crítica, el rechazo o el fracaso
- Negociar hábilmente, promover/vender ideas de manera persuasiva y cerrar transacciones con resultados mutuamente beneficiosos
- Brindar un servicio cortés y oportuno
- Atender los detalles importantes con precisión y eficiencia
- Capaz de usar aplicaciones de sistemas informáticos relevantes (ej. Microsoft Office Suite)
- Capaz de mantener la confidencialidad de la información sensible
