Support Specialist

El Support Specialist (Trainee IT) apoyará bajo supervisión directa, instalación, mantención y reparación de los sistemas y redes. Utiliza conocimientos técnicos básicos para respaldar iniciativas de IT y brindar soporte de sistemas de información técnica. Brindar asistencia y mantenimiento preventivo / tecnico ante problemas de Hardware y software con el objetivo de resolver necesidades que puedan presentar los distintos equipos. Otorgar soporte tanto a los colaboradores internos como clientes. Realizar inventario periodicamente de los equipos y el estado en el que se encuentran los mismos. Garantizar el correcto funcionamiento de la infraestructura. Realizar seguimiento, gestion y resolucion de incidentes a traves de herramineta de tickets, manteniendo informado al team leader, manager, cliente u colaborador en cuestion. La posición puede realizar otros proyectos o tareas diversas según lo solicitado o asignado. Documentacion de procedimientos de aplicativos basado en necesidades y su respectiva ejecucion.

**Requisitos**:
Educación
Universitario/a en curso o Graduado/a en Ingeniería de Sistemas, Telecomunicaciones o carreras afines
Experiência
Experiência laboral mínimo de 6 meses a 1 año de preferencia en posiciones similares.
Conocimientos
Microsoft Office nível intermedio - avanzado (Excluyente)

Inglés Intermedio (Preferentemente)
Informática Microsoft Office - Nível Medio-Avanzado
Conocimiento general en sistemas informáticos, redes, hardware y software y hardware de equipos de cómputo
